  • You can get answers to your questions and guidance specific to your situation by calling the Ticket to Work Help Line at 1-866-968-7842 (1-866-833-2967 TTY/TDD) Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 8:00PM EST.
  • You can also contact Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) counselors who can help you with your SSI and SSDI benefits planning questions.

If you get benefits from FSD like MO HealthNet, SNAP (formerly Food Stamps), or Temporary Assistance, you can get help by calling the FSD Information Center toll-free at 1-855-FSD-INFO (1-855-373-4636).
